Happy Birthday!

It was my husband's birthday this week so I made a divine cake using two of his favourite ingredients - chocolate and raspberries.

Baked chocolate cheesecake topped with raspberry, Chambord and cream filled profiteroles, whipped cream and a mountain of raspberries.

Oops, forgot to take a photo before they were all gone!  Three tiers of extra raspberry, Chambord and cream filled profiteroles and some Cointreau and cream filled chocolate eclairs.
